Fareeda E. Abu-Juam
PhD student in Computational Biology at the CMU–Pitt Joint Program.
I am co-advised by Mert Gur and David R. Koes. My research focuses on screening for protein–protein interactions, large-scale molecular dynamics simulations of nanobodies and MAPs, and machine learning. Before starting my PhD, I worked with Dr. Erzsebet Regan at the College of Wooster where I completed my Independent Study on EMT in Cancer.
